Tools to Connect Industries and Schools

This virtual event has representation from Design Ready Controls and Die Technologies. They shared some of the successful school connection tools they use to meet many workforce needs. Johnson High School told us how they connect with industry in the creation of their career pathways program. This leads to student success in and outside of the classroom. Finally, there was a panel discussion with the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Trade & Industry Specialist, Executive Director of Midwest Manufacturers, and President of the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association. They shared some of the best practices and provide ideas to help solve some workforce challenges and/or student opportunities.
