Nelnet / FACTS Payment Plan

If you are using a payment plan to pay tuition, you will need to submit a Nelnet/FACTS Payment Plan to each college where you will take a course. A Nelnet/FACTS payment plan can be set up through eServices.

1.  Log onto your eServices using your StarID and password.
2. Click on “Bills and Payment”
3. Click on “Enroll in a Nelnet/FACTS Payment Plan”
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
