Consolidating Information

Merging your information for all of the Minnesota State Colleges and universities you have attended is an important step in forming a complete student record. Missing or incomplete information could affect your financial aid award, credit transfer, enrollment, or graduation status.

To ensure your “Core Information” is all available:

• Log in to eServices
• Click on “Home” from the left menu
• Review “Your School Summary” to be sure it shows all Minnesota State colleges and universities you have attended

If you notice institutions you have attended are missing from the list, find “Is there a system school missing from this summary? Help us find it.” and click the corresponding link to begin merging your data.
